NEGOTIATING: My approach to negotiation is to play chess not checkers. Understanding all sides of the negotiating table is a strong suit of mine. I find that creative solutions get better results for my clients and create smoother deals than being a bully. That being said, I am not afraid to be aggressive when it is called for.

MY TEAM: I have a PHENOMENAL team of people I work with. Lenders, inspectors, contractors, insurance people, you name it! Most of the people I refer to my clients are people that I’ve worked with for my own properties. I have built a very healthy business in the three very hard years in real estate by being a good person and surrounding myself with good people.

COMMUNICATION: I am very direct. Time is our most precious non renewable resource, I do not think there is anything to be gained by beating around the bush. For this reason I LOVE a phone call, but text is probably the fastest way to get a hold of me. I typically check my emails throughout the day, but the phone is almost always in my hand.
